User Support Services is here to assist RIC students, 教师, and 工作人员 with all of their technology needs.
Monday–Friday: 8:30 am–4:30 pm
User Support Services USS) supports all end-user client devices, provides technology training, supports Blackboard, the college's learning management system (LMS), and maintains the academic computing facilities including walk-in labs and instructional classrooms along with the 帮助中心.
Using our self-service support portal, you can 报告问题 with classroom and 桌面 equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc., 问问题 about technology on campus and get information about instructional media and reserving AV equipment. The ITS 帮助中心 is a single point of contact for information and assistance with classroom, 桌面, network and telephone technologies.
The Center for Instructional Technology (CIT) team's mission is to promote excellence in teaching across all curricula at Rhode Island College by combining technology and instructional design best practices to assist 教师 in realizing their teaching and learning goals.
